Hi atty, thank you po for another great video! May question po sana ako, Atty. Can the partners agree to get rid of one partner? Sa delectus personae which you discussed in part 1 po, it relates to getting a new partner. You also mentioned in this video about dissolution of a partnership by any one of the partners at will. So, I'm just wondering lang po if there is also that power to get rid of a partner. Thanks po.

Dapat masanay po tayo magbasa ng lectures by sections or chapters. Talagang mahaba haba talaga pag usapan pag law. It's better to read the whole part of partnership first before having questions (furthermore, respect the profession). We should appreciate his huge help in lectures already. Malawak namang ang Google for researching. Kami nga, whole partnership coverage Ng first exam. Anyways, my advice is just study hard and keep researching. Maraming sites diyan and sources.
