You mentioned having issues during install. What issues during install? I saw a clip of you grinding something, did you have to grind something in order for them to fit? 0:13 It’s been a year since your video post. Any updated feedback?

Hey whats up man! Yes, for some reason, there was a small notch on both my knuckles and it won't let me slide the knuckles all the way in the coilover mount for it. I called Parts Shop Max and they said it should fit exactly how it should. They were mind boggled about the issue I was having. But I told them it was no big deal since I just had to grind them off a bit. I need to actually make an updated feedback video on these coilovers so people would know how they feel like. Thank u for pointing that out 😎🙏🙏

I might have missed it, but what tire size/rim size do you have and which coilovers do you have? Pro? Competition? What spring rates did you get?

Hey man, so when I'm riding around, I'm using my MB Battles which are 17x9.5 (-12 offset) all around and I use 16x8s in the rear for my Drift spares. I have the competition coilivers and with the stiffer spring rates that comes with them. If ur going for track/roadracing, I suggest getting ghe Pro coilovers.

Hey whats up man! Sorry for super late response! What do u mean by spanner?
@ritty44 Жыл бұрын
Are these the same things as PBM (Powered By Max)? These pop up whenever I search PBM
@thatRotaryCarGuy Жыл бұрын
Yupp! They used to be called Power By Max but renamed themselves Parts Shop MaX now :)

Awesome vid! Are you a 0-camber setup? Looks good and the front seems to be stiff.
@thatRotaryCarGuy2 жыл бұрын
Thabk u so much bro! It's got some camber to it, I just tried my best to adjust it to the same camber setting as my old one. They sure are pretty stiff!
@arturovillalpando56932 жыл бұрын
is stiff good? i’m thinking about going pbm, but we have a lot of potholes in my city and speed bumps
@thatRotaryCarGuy2 жыл бұрын
@Arturo Villalpando yes, stiff is good to some extent. I just got done drifting with them at an event for the first time and I struggled a bit til I found the sweet spot/setup to where it I could drift comfortably and easy
@thatRotaryCarGuy2 жыл бұрын
@Arturo Villalpando I would say though, ur ride will get a little bumper since this suspension is sensitive to all of the dips, small cracks on the roads and all of that. Be careful not to make it too stiff lol. Just find that sweet spot

I may get the softer higher ones they offer. They had really good customer service when I asked them questions.
@thatRotaryCarGuy Жыл бұрын
They really do have a good customer service for sure! For which application are u gonna be using ur car? Track, drifting, or?
@supradoom Жыл бұрын
@@thatRotaryCarGuy Street + Track + Drag. I think I may go with their taller coilovers w/ lower ratios ,I want my rear and to squat on launches a little, and don't need to be slammed.

What harness bar is that?
@thatRotaryCarGuy6 ай бұрын
It was just some universal Harness Bar I got from online. I believe it was from enjuku racing
