One of the tricks that I have learned with garlic and sauteing your vegetables, is to place the garlic in the cold oil and slowly turn the flame to a low heat and slowly add the other items. This will help to infuse the oil better. Low flames.

Great idea @Big Mike...I usually remove the garlic after its infused before I add the other ingredients just to avoid the burning👍🏿

i love plantains cup!!!😍 Years ago, I went to a Real estate Developers party in Miami _ grand opening for a luxury high rise condo. They served plantain cups along with the usual wine + cheese party food. When I tell you.... i PARKED MYSELF at the caters' serving counter. 😆✨ 🙌🏾🙌🏾 its the day i realized plantain cups are more important than millionaires, celebs, and socialites. I recommend this for any party
