In the second episode of Party Girls, three of the women attend the Democratic National Convention, while the resident Republican skips it, feeling more at home outside the convention among the anti-Hillary protestors, even though most are left-wing. The other three get to walk the convention floor and do an interview with actor/author Hill Harper. The women also talk to a nonpartisan new media social movement organization where they learn about grassroots activism and strategy, before heading to Washington, D.C. where they meet the last two "party girls": a young woman of mixed race who considers herself part-Democrat, part-undecided, and all open mind; and a Mexican American feminist from California.
