PARTY! καλο πασχα Orthodox Easter Greek Easter Greece (Pascha Paska Pasca)- Live in Greece

We had a big party for pasca including BBQing a whole lamb. Our friend Taki helped us celebrate Greek Orthodox Easter in the traditional way! In this Easter party video, we see a group of friends getting together to celebrate Greek Easter with traditional food and festivities. They spent three days preparing for the occasion, and now we get to see the result. They have a whole lamb, a chicken, and a cockerettse cooking on the rotisserie, made from all of the offal and wrapped with intestines. This is definitely not a meal for vegetarians! They barbeque the meat over grapevine cuttings, and the smell is amazing. We can see how much fun they're having, with people mingling, eating, and dancing. It's an all-day event with 20 friends joining in the festivities, and it's clear that everyone is having a great time. Your accountant is your best friend after your lawyer, we struggled to find a good one, the greek tax system is hideously complex so you can't do a self-assessment as we can in the UK. We have just changed accountant and now use Mary at Kleopas Alliott: [e-mail]

I love Kokoretsi. I was lucky enough to be introduced to it 30 years ago when I worked a summer on the island of Aegina. Not all that easy to find in the more touristy places theses days.

Yes we love greece for the social side of things, they know how to party! The golf course should be finished next year, i think, a lot of people are looking forward to the local economy boost it could bring.
