More than a profession it’s an art. Just see the dedication, the passion, the love for what he is doing, the respect for his profession, the way he describes his stuff with so much love,the sheer grit of holding on to making this humble drink decade after decade. It’s really an art. A big salute to Raghu for documenting this. ❤

I come from Madurai, lived there till 1960 when I shifted to Chennai. But in 40s and 50s, paruthipal was not heard of in Madurai at all. Now it has become a signature dish of Madurai! Very happy to see this video ❤
