I love this movie too; and I cannot understand why it doesn't get more traction among reaction channels. In fact, this is the only reaction video that I have ever seen for Passengers.

The moral is that if Jim had not woken up and he hadn't woken Aurora who helped him plus the Captain who woke and gave them instructions then all 5,000 would have died. Think about it. Jim,or fate, saved 5,000 lives.

Thomas Newman was nominated for an Academy Award for the score. And it was assumed that because of all the times he's been snubbed for all the wonderful scores he's done in the past, that he would win it But it was once again not to be. The biggest injustice in modern cinema awards history. As for a future movie I'd recommend one that features some of Newman's amazing work from his golden years (the '90s to the '10s). Like one of my favorites, namely SCENT OF A WOMAN CINDERELLA MAN ROAD TO PERDITION Or how about one from his dad, Alfred Newman? THE SONG OF BERNADETTE from 1943 is a wonderful movie with an equally wonderful Oscar winning score. It won for best lead actress and best cinematography, too.

As far as I know, I am willing to bet most people would have woken up someone after being alone for a year or more. I have wondered though they must have decided against having any kids as then they would have to pick a man or a woman for their offspring..crazy!

Dude.... I LOVE your heart! 🥹🫶 I was paying closer attention, when I realized that you were crying! I was so bummed when I found out most people hated this movie. I watched it for the first time yesterday and I had the strongest feelings, I felt in like a decade. It seems maybe either I'm way too stupid and naive. And I will admit that, I am pretty naive. That's one way to say that I have a HUGE heart. OR, all these other people are just too stoic. Too stupid to realize the beauty of a pure love. And they will find issues and keep arguing for the rest of their lives because of their pride.... I don't know.... I feel conflicted....😅 I like peace. I like to think I am a peaceful guy. And being able to forgive is a very important skill imo. I've been through a bit in life myself. So when I see a movie like this, it fills me with so much hope. And it makes me wanna experience love myself again so much! My last relationship ended over 5 years ago.... But when I watch reviews and other reactions to this, i just wanna hang myself! 😅 Thinking "No....😔 There will be no peace.... We're all just way too different...." 🤷‍♂️
