I have been following your plans for 3 months now. As a 56 year old I suffered from aches and pains, fatty liver ( constant pain on LHS of mid abdomen) Restless legs, tics and spasms, cramps and numbness in lower extremities. Very poor sleep, constant sweating, tiredness and lethargic. Weighed 110kg. Weight down to 95kg. ALL those symptoms have disappeared. Get my 9hrs sleep as a golden rule. Have 2 meals per day (18hr intermitting fasting. Also have a 36hr fast once a week. Gym 3 times per week. Started the backwards walking in my treadmill. Awesome awesome awesome. Also save a fortune on my groceries and can eat better quality food as I eat much less. Down from 35 meals per week to 12 meals per week. Mentally and physically feel 15 years younger. My weight is what it was when I was 41. Thank you so much. Whish I discovered your channel when I was much younger.

Actually the organic nighty night tea brand that is very popular you can find it in most supermarkets the main ingredient is passionfloswer and it also has valerian root plus chamomile and a few other herbs is perfect if you wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep just put a tea bag in a cup of water heat it in the microwave oven for a minute and 30 seconds let it steep for 5 minutes drink it and you will be back to sleep for another 3 or 4 hours and you'll wake up refreshed it has worked for me 99 % of the time.

I tried using it in the past as a tea. I found if I take it regularly the calmness turned to sluggishness and drowsiness. It's hard to explain how it made me feel. It got worse the longer I use it for. After stopping it I got headaches and shakes for a few days until I went back to normal. I also found it was addictive for me and I craved having a cup of tea each night even when I didn't need it. It's one of those supplements you have to be very careful with.

Remember that not all Passionflower is treated the same! The Passiflora Caerulea (the picture of the flower shown in the beginning of this video)leaves and unripe fruit contains Cyanide compounds when chewed and ingested. Be careful! Passiflora Caerulea appears to be more commonly found in gardens and the wild. It spreads like wildfire when it loves it's environment. If anyone plans on growing Passionflower for medicine, I would advise Passiflora Incarnata. The fruit is also delicious.

You started off by saying that "most of these plants mimic the effect of medication". I would like to say it is medication that mimic plants! Most medicines we consume and even synthetic drugs on the 'party' side of things all come from things that are naturally occurring in plants. For example, LSD synthesized from something within a plant seed known as morning glory. It is super interesting to me.

Hello Dr. Berg, you have helped me so much with your videos and have really improved my health and life, so thank you so much! Additionally, about 3.5 months ago I got an inguinal hernia as confirmed by my doctor. After research, I’ve concluded that I do not want to risk getting surgery where mesh is used. Instead I have been using a poultice I procured made up from comfrey plants that has a proprietary ingredient to preclude damage to my liver as one of the possible side effects. Using the poultice in conjunction with a hernia belt to keep constant pressure on the hernia, the hernia really has been bulging much less and the abdominal wall is seemingly being repaired from this plant/hernia belt when worn 24/7 for 6 weeks now. Please let me know if you are familiar with this plant as it supposedly has been used since the ancient Greeks and Roman for all types of healing... Many thanks again!
