I see vision and passion working together: With vision you see your passion. But - - how do you find that passion? That is the hardest part for me. I am interested in a lot of things but to pick one out and say I am passionate about THAT just doesn't work. How did you find out what it was that you were so passion about that you were able to dedicate yourself to it and build upon it every day of your life. Thanks Sara!

Passion is a bit like love, you kind of know when you find it. Passion can sneak up on you and you find yourself thinking about something nearly all the time, you want to talk about it endlessly and you never get bored.....you can see why it feels a bit like love! Don't worry, you will find your passion, or it will find you....in the meantime stay interested in everything, that's a great mindset for growth.

I definitely have those 3 things, so passionate about helping people with emotional health with Cognomovement. But how do you get something out there that people genuinely have not heard of on a small budget?

Hi Karen, thanks for the note. Great that you have the Passion, Vision and Drive I spoke about. I will be doing an episode on marketing with a tiny budget which you should look out for as it should have some tips that will help. Try finding a mentor and building a community - this creates energy and will help you grow. I'm sure that your passion and drive will be infectious, so keep going!

The 7%/38%/55% theory has long been misunderstood and therefore misquoted by many. The study focuses primarily on few words spoken and where there was purposely intended ambiguity.
