Gwen did start the fight, because theresa was telling the truth if Gwen hadn't gotten pregnant when she did, Ethan would've married her. Gwen was more obsessed with Theresa than Ethan was. Gwen killed her own baby

At some point, Gwen grabbed hold of Theresa (turning the fight physical and violent). Still, Theresa did her best to keep to herself. Gwen bent over, holding her stomach, at one point and Theresa tried to leave to go get help (or Ethan), and Gwen was the one who stopped her. Theresa asked to be allowed to get help, and Gwen just told Theresa that she would not 'let you play heroine to me or my baby. We're going to be just fine. The baby is going to be just fine!'. Now, she was saying that while panting, in visible pain, and holding her stomach. Theresa snapped and had enough of hearing Gwen blame everything on her so she just told her some harsh truths, then walked away. Gwen couldn't accept the truth and physically went after Theresa, grabbing her from behind and starting to strangle her. All Theresa did was defend herself to stop from being choked to death by trying to dislodge Gwen's hold. As a result, Gwen lost her balance and fell down the elevated poolside. In truth, Gwen should have just let Theresa go. Or even better, stayed in the hospital like the doctors kept telling her to. Had she not disregarded their orders, Sara would probably be alive.

If I was Ethan, I would be worshiping the ground Theresa walks on. He put her through absolute hell and did inexcusable things to her throughout the years like taking Jane from her. If I was Theresa during that story arc, I would've been so done with Ethan and never forgive him. I'm not saying that Theresa was a saint but she never purposefully tried to hurt Ethan like the way he hurt her. I am glad that they ended up together but i wish she held him accountable for some of the crap he put her through.

Gwen was supposed to stay in the damn hospital because the pregnancy was high-risk. She let her vendetta with Theresa get the better of her, left the hospital, went after Theresa PHYSICALLY in the pool area of the hotel and Theresa DEFENDED HERSELF; that's how Gwen lost the fetus. It's not a baby until it's born. It's her own damn fault but like the covert narc she is she blames everyone else.

Theresa tried to walk away only for Gwen to come from behind to choke Theresa and Theresa defended herself which caused Gwen to fall on a table so it was Gwen fault for her daughter Sarah being killed

I know she saw Ethan and theresa kissing on tv, however she should've listened to her doctor to avoid stress so what does she do. She leaves the hospital to confront the person she claims is the cause of all her stress. Gwen is the reason her child didn't live. She should've thought about her baby first but no she just had to confront Theresa which was a accident. theresa walked away gwen chased her and started choking her and the then theresa fought back and gwen fell.

Rebecca also said that they found the evidence at Pilar's. And how did they get in Theresa's computer in the first place. I think they put the evidence In Theresa 's computer , then sent it to the tabloids. Not Theresa. Theresa is not underhanded like Gwen and Rebecca. Theresa would not do that to Ethan. She loved Ethan too much. But Gwen did not.

They were all at the mansion and Theresa computer was there they found the evidence and copied it right before Theresa deleted it off her computer then they use their copy and sent it through Theresa computer to cover their tracks. Theresa only stumbled upon Ethan true paternity because she was taking her clothes out of a suitcase that Pilar hid the papers in, Theresa scanned it into her computer because she was going to tell Ethan but her mom convinced her not to and to keep it to herself because only Pilar and ivy was the only ones who knew how much damage it would cause if it got out and at that time ivy wanted Ethan to take over the crane empire for her being trapped in a loveless marriage with Julian
