You don't need print out of your appointment just sms will do.. Save paper carry print out of your aadhar and original aadhar and 10th certificate. please don't carry photos lot of videos are there giving wrong information to carry passport size photos which is not required at all.. + remember you can reschedule your appointment only 3 times and if you cancel it's gone for one year so be very careful and check your form carefully

1) विवाहित महिला का नाम विवाह से पहले पिता के नाम से होता है. तो विवाहित महिला के पासपोर्ट आवेदन मे Have you known by other name मे yes या no लिखे? और अगर no लिखते है तो पासपोर्ट verification मे दिक्कत आ सकती है क्या? क्योंकी educational document मे महिला के नाम मे पिता का नाम होता है. तो no लिखने पर उस डॉक्युमेंट मे लिखा हुआ नाम valid करते है या नही? इस विषय मे मार्गदर्शन करे. 2) एक दुसरे vdo मे बताया गया की पासपोर्ट आवेदन करते समय supportive document मे address, birth date, ID proof वगैरा के लिए सिर्फ आधारकार्ड ही सबमिट करे, अन्य डॉक्युमेंट देने से verification मे समय लगता है और शायद कई बार complications भी होता है. 3) बच्चे का मार्कशीट ना हो तो स्कूल का बोनाफाईड सर्टिफिकेट चल सकता है के नही? 4) Sms alert सुविधा न लेना अच्छा रहेगा या नही. 5) पेमेंट करने और Appointment का समय और तारीख निश्चित होने के बाद अगर किसी कारण उस दिन पासपोर्ट ऑफिस मे नही जा सके तो फिरसे appointment लेने के लिए आवेदन/ पेमेंट फिरसे करना होता है क्या?
