När jag åt denna rätt på restaurang la Carbonara i Rom sa dom att denna klassiska rätt kom just därifrån. Ingen aning om det stämmer men gott var det i alla fall. Här kommer min tolkning av denna klassiker.
Ingredienser för 4 personer
400 g penne
160 g tärnad pancetta
1 vitlöksklyfta
1 ägg
3 äggulor
parmesanost
pecorinoost
svartpeppar
lite olivolja
When I ate this dish at restaurant la Carbonara in Rome, they said that this classic dish came from there. No idea if that's true, but it was good anyway. Here comes my interpretation of this classic.

1 clove of garlic
1 egg
3 egg yolks
Parmesan cheese
pecorino cheese
black pepper
a little olive oil
