I have found that I do not like dressings made with tofu from the refrigerated aisle- but it’s totally different when using tofu in a box not from the refrigerated area. I don’t know why but it’s a game changer!

Haha! I stopped at 3 minutes and made this up! Added rinsed capers and a half a lime and black pepper. Red peppers, peas and celery and carrots.... as soon as the pasta is done I’m tossing this together, and I’ll watch the rest of the video!

Yes agree, silken tofu is heavenly. I cut both ends of the packet, helps to get it all out. Great recipe got to try it.

To use a regular blender (or a less efficient high speed blender than a Vitamix), do you know if would it negatively affect the flavor of the dressing to soak the cashews first ???

Hi, I am definitely making this for my husband to take in his lunch. He hates using the microwave at work to warm things as he says it is always dirty and it (microwave) smells funny. Also, he has been requesting I give him things to take that are higher in fiber. Thanks for sharing this recipe :)

I tried this today and loved all the things I put in but the sauce no matter how much mustard and miso I could not get the flavor I was hoping for. I ended up adding Nutritional Yeast seasoning on top of my plate. I also heated mine because I’m not into cold pasta. Thanks for sharing.

Hi and thanks for the video. The silken tofu I see at my coop is almost like a pudding consistency, could I just buy and use refrigerated tofu and squeeze as much as I can get out of it? Thank you

Louis Mazzone i know this is way after the fact but there are different varieties of silken tofu. You must have seen soft silken tofu. For this recipe you’ll need firm, or extra firm, silken tofu. It comes in a tetra pack and is shelf stable, so you won’t find it in the refrigerated section.

Everything seems good except the Soy and Meso (It's just me: I don't like any type of soy products)... I'll replace the soy with avocados and Meso with regular sea salt...
