Dave I got a problem and i don't know what to do so I got a white pencil ok but my paper is white but you said I can blend with it but It doesn't work

Drawing on a white surface will have an affect on the mixing of the colours. I mentioned I use the white sometimes to blend... this is done very lightly as I tint the colours, then add more colour and repeat until the desired result is made. Thanks for watching... all the very best🙏
