Not necessarily ba but Idharkkellaam bayandha eppadi? Take measure to cool ur body ba.. Bhastrika is one of the best activating pranayamas that will detoxify ur system.. if u want those benefits, u need to take measures to cool ur body ba.. practice and see how u feel and modify ur practice according to how ur body responds and reacts ba..
