I've recently obtained indisputable, personal sightings of the most randomly placed, yet gorgeously placed signs and blessing. This was directly I had given up all hope of becoming a normal person without traumatic stress, severe anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts. Something spiritual.. and something that finally felt true in me went down to its knees at that moment and I asked for help. I have no friends in person, so I looked up to the ceiling and reach out for a hug desperately and I looked at the time and saw that it was exactly 11:11pm. I thanked whoever it was that was there. Then, I did feel relief from the pain for the first time in years, as if it had been drawn out of my chest by something that I can assure was not me. My thoughts flipped completely, immediately scanning everything in my life that I love and I'm grateful for. Finally, for the first time having complete faith with absolutely 0 doubt, as I thought I had nothing more to lose, I looked up and I asked God if I could walk this path alongside him. I started speaking slower and thinking before I spoke as if it was my friend. I said, "I want to know that you love me, because I've always loved you and I think I've finally realized, after cursing you for not being here, that I've been... wrong, at the very least. I said I need something that I will personally know could not have happened without you and almost instantly, my phone (Siri had been turned off, the screen was locked, the phone was silenced and even if it wasn't the volume was ALL the way down. It was even on do not disturb) immediately said "It's okay!" In an upbeat intonation of the phrase that I have never EVER heard Siri's voice be able to do. This was weeks ago. I've been seeing 11:11 or 1:11 on the clock at completely random times throughout certain days, which I'm not sure what that means but have a sense of safety come through me when I see that number out of the blue on the clock. Maybe you guys could explain to me what it may mean to be seeing this number a lot of places? It's safe to say I was agnostic, until this experience. I've been praying or speaking to... my friend everyday since then. I can also feel when he's listening and I get these immediate responses in my head as if the words are coming into my mind on their own. I don't know, it sounds crazy, but it's actually real. I was genuinely wondering what you could tell me about this stuff, if you even can?

The pastors accepts the message as authentic because he knows everyone is a sinner so no one should be judged on how or why they praise the lord. The young guy gets stuck on the beat and the “story of Kanye” and not the story of God.

Unfortunately that's what music has become. People will accept poison over a catchy beat. A lot of fans were disappointed because he stripped back of lot percussion in particular so that the message got through. It's like feeding vegetables to a generation addicted to junk food. The son's focus on the music goes to show how much the beat has become part of the listening experience. Its interesting how a lot of the parents to the kids doing these reaction videos totally get message but the some of kids can't get past the lack of beat or Kanye not focusing to much on the raps and when he does its very simple to get his message through.

I hope God stirs something in your soul to maybe test the faith once more? Undoubtably it’s hard when you lose your faith to pick it up again and try to make something out of it. But with grace, keep an open heart. We’re only here for a second anyway. We need to find a way to fulfillment and a love for God brings that, and a feeling of rest. No more searching. When you lose something on Earth, it doesn’t sting quite as much when it’s not the end all be all for you. And that applies to every thing imaginable. Actually here’s the thing: This album was originally called Yandhi and was scrapped & reworked into Jesus is King upon Kanye finding God. Some songs from Yandhi were reworked to fit the album’s new theme. Selah was one of those songs, originally named Chakras. Chakras was meant to be a very energetic song with the second verse being so energetic, that it literally dissolves into “WOO! WOO! WOO!” with adlibs Kanye simply wanted to keep that energy while changing the song, it also fits as a battle cry: “God is King, we the soldiers”
