I absolutely love your answer on where a women's season is. I too think there are only two. I wondered if she was asking according to age, since the season between 40 and 50 to 60 can change not but for our age, it can be a concern where to separate the groups we participate in. If we should at all.

While your looking for leaders on your church, BEWARE BECAUSE OTHER MEMBERS AT TIMES GET JEALOUS When OTHERS COME IN TO WORK AND THAT SPIRIT OF JUDAS START TO RISE UP WITHOUT PASTOR KNOWING. IVE SEEN IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN. One sign that this could be happening is if your Pastoring for years and only still have the same 40 ppl in church after 5- 10 years . Or it could be not enough prayer or bad marriages at times too.
