The industrial estate behind this is getting four new towers and they’re going to be the largest in the city, can’t wait to see them.

Remember having dinner in the restaurant as a kid. And about 15-20 years ago attending an accountancy seminar and having a tour and lunch there.

That's very impressive it makes Liverpool look unique compared to other large cities in the U. K. 🏐🍀🇮🇪👍🏻C. F. C.

Nice video, it reminds me of Canary Wharf. I bet those places will cost a few bob.

A lovely crisp clear morning on the video and here now, especially after a schism in EFC, plastered over by a Cup Victory at home to a lowly struggling team. Two thoughts on this build: 1) I hope and assume that the cladding is all of the very best specification, not only because of Grenfell Tower but also having seen the footage at L.A.. and 2) @ 1:56 mins, the quay looks decidedly ropey and in need of some serious attention.

Liverpool with the best skyline in the Northwest.

I’m afraid that title was taken by Manchester years ago. Outside London, Manchester has by far the most tall buildings and there are dozens more being built right now

This wonderful skyscraper skyline took prestigious UNESCO status from Liverpool.

@rinkydinkmcruk more buildings doesn't mean a better skyline. I'd say Liverpool is the best skyline in the northwest as its aesthetically pleasing on the eye. I'd even say Birmingham has a better skyline than Manchester as it's more denser and spread out.

Very nice...but will development continue northwards after completion or a halt called whilst make believe plans are touted for decades ?

Hideous rectangular boxes. Yet again, Peels builds more uninspiring high-rise buildings, which are right on the shop frontage of our river, Mersey. We always get third rate architecture in Liverpool. Soulless boxes. Maybe visit Manchester at least there they build better-looking buildings.

Its a shame Liverpool is going down the tall build route, cities will all look the same in 10 years time ,Melbourne, Manchester Hong-Kong Shangai and most American cities all bland blocks ,what was unique about Liverpool was its sense of scale that put it on a par with its fellow European cities like Rome,Florence,Paris, Madrid,Amsterdam, ect they have all kept their centres to a liveable scale and when they have to build new its good eye catching architecture that fits in with surrounding buildings ,Liverpool will sadly be just same as Manchester with soulless sky scapers trying to be New York...

Liverpool lost UNESCO status forever.

This is the tall building zone you can’t build these all over the city.
