It has been 1month already since I've dislocated my kneecap (3x) and I still can't walk until now. 😭😭😭 I'm so depress because of this. I just stayed in the apartment last holiday season. The doctor just replaced my knee support because they found out the reason of the knee pain recently too and it's because of patellar dislocation. I don't know when can I walk again. I have been attending rehabilitation but still so painful to walk and can't bend and straightestraighten my knee. 😭😭😭 Please help. 😭😭😭 I'm feeling hopeless already. 😭

Oh understand you perfectly !!!! I had my First Luxation 10 month ago, while i was pregnant. It was absolutely horrible!!! 3 month I was in wheelchair!! After the 4-5 month walking was posibile with 🩼 and After 8 month Kind of walking without 🩼 but NOT normal at all. Stairs still Not possible. BUT life is much better than in the beginning: I can Walk in the House, can cook and take a shower. Did you get an RMI? It will get better for sure! But it can take time, look at my Situation…

Do NOT loose Hope! I cried every night After this Event, i even could not bring my leg alone in the bed for month. And i was pregnant. It will get better, i swear! But do an RMI if you did not do one yet!

@@mosphere123 I really appreciate your response. In spite of what you’ve been through, you still have been so positive. RMI? Is it just the same with MRI? I tried searching it in medical terms and the most results got something to do with cancer. 🤔 If it’s just the same with MRI, I had already undergone MRI. 😢 Update as of now is I can slowly walk without my crutches on but I can still feel like it will slip out of place again but thanks to the knee support it didn’t. The doctor told me that I need to have follow up check up again next month because he might be thinking of surgery if I can still feel that way. 😢

Same story - Last month it was my third dislocation. This time its longer to heal. I am not able to walk properly. Can't do squats and climb stairs. I am very concerned about it. Will i ever be able to heal i am so scared. I am just 24.

Just had my 5th subloxation this year but now I can kind feel my femur bones on the sides of my thigh and my knee below it is it normal can I still do these excerices to prevent it again

Sorry to hear, hope you get well soon, Im suffering from a knee subloxation also, But there isnt a lot of info on the internet about knee subloxation, I need an advice from someone who has subluxation, What to do?

@@adeebyounis3272 I’ve had the problem for some time so I wanted to take immediate action to better my situation but to get past it just happening I got a knee brace that helped me walk with less pain and painkillers also stretching regularly

These exercises are good for causing patellar dislocation in someone who had already it once

True now its my 2nd time 😢 first time doing exercise then my knee dislocated
