They were able to do it for awhile, it's just the procedure was done through an amniocentesis, which is a very delicate procedure. So it's very cool that they can do it all by blood now.

FINALLY!!! Proactive enough to get this done before the baby. Regardless if he signs that birth certificate or not if he is the father she can very well take those results to vital statistics(birth certificate office), child support and if he die Social Security and he can’t do anything about it.

Diane Parr she has sense enough to protect her babies interest regardless if he is there or not. And now it can’t be disputed. If he does not show up at the birth she has one full year after the child’s birth to take those DNA results to vital statistics and they will add him right on that birth certificate.
