I like Delve, it was the first real league mechanic I ever encountered in this game - because I joined POE at this exact moment, right after that infamous "do you have phones" blizzcon. Delve was the challenge league and sulphite was in every area in the game, acts and maps. I would just improve those 'generic' rewards from nodes, replace armor and weapons with scarabs and uniques for example. With their quality improving the deeper you go.

Dude this video was actually so help for a new player. I tried watching a few "new player guides" and they all assume you understand all terms and have 200hrs played. Also appreciate how it was slow, clear, and concise. No hyperactive ADHD brainrot meme style editing.

I've been delving this league, and just got past the 600 mark! Went back through my tree and got all The Crystal Kings, and it's pretty darn fun to just have a 2-8 divine profit for what feels like "free". Thanks for making this guide, and for focusing a bit more on the shallower-delve techniques! I've seen a lot of videos on "deep delve", where you ignore Smuggler's Cache fossils, ignore fractured walls, rush to the bosses, and get the best profits around depth 1500, so it's refreshing to see a video that focuses on what a player without a multiple-mirror or delve-specific build can actually do, and what's profitable for them.

You're welcome! That was the goal here, I mostly just casually delve myself and in recent leagues it's felt like a very accessible way to make currency. Is it the most money/h? Probably not, but it's something different and you do make solid profits.

I've made 40-50 Div while delving fairly casually down to level 300 this league. Aul has been particularly rewarding (RNG). I use delve primarily to level characters to 92. It is quick and mindless for the most part.

I've been meaning to catch up with Delve, I last did it in 3.21 and was surprised at the profitability even when delving fairly casually.

I've been delving between 160ish and 200 because it's i83 and spawns all the bosses sure the smaller nodes are not as rewarding you do get things just not as much or higher tiers but dam a simple vaal boss kill was netting 9 div or adorned fragment or 20 div for a map ... sure prices have changed in past 48 hours div are crashing but still if all you care for in my opinion is free xp/monies no need to go above 200 your just risking being killed deeper you go so your risking xp and I'm lvl 99 and 73% I get about 5-10% xp per sulphite cap of 65k depending on how long the runs are/and how many rares are spawning at the nodes but any depth in delve can make you easy profit

I made a dedicated delve build once more this league and upon entering mines I realized that I forgot to push mines a bit on my other char. So take this as a reminder: It doesn't hurt to spend the sulphite you get in random niko encounters to start progressing mines on your leaguestarter. Your actual delve build/2nd char will thank you as the mine progress is shared

Delved down past 1k with my good old mantra of flame boneshatter jugg a year or so ago. And down to 600-800 on the old ED/Contageon trickster before the rework. I love delve and thought of going back this league, but decided to try all in on betrayal this league instead as I never done that. A shame really that I didnt go back to delving this league when everything from delve is soooo expensive. Im defenitely going back next league for sure.

Delve is a good old reliable mechanic for me every couple leagues I come back to it. I'm always surprised at how much you can make early with delve too, the map nodes/cities print T14-16 maps!

This is my first delve and I'm having an absolute blast I'm at 350 now I'm goin down about 100 m a day so far crystal king fight was torturous I lost like half an exp bar lv 97 lol in one fight and got stuff all but it hasn't deterred me I'm looking for the vall boss today I found the abyss fella he was OK I still got stuff all but the resonators and fossils maps and sextants that drop is insane I've had a couple of those damage as chaos fracs to but never knew how expensive they are and vendored them 😂 oh well

I seem to do better LEVELING in the mines but noticed that I dont seem to get beyond level 82 monsters even at a depth of 200. Am I right to assume that the EXP at monster level 82 depth 150 is the same as at monster level 82 depth 250? I know the loot gets better, but I'm really only in the Delve / mines for exp.

My character is level 34 and I can go to the delve mine from any waypoint. Is it possible and a good idea for me to do delve at that level? The whole area scales to my level also.

Ur game has so much more visual clarity than mine...

You might be losing visual clarity to dynamic resolution, if your computer is struggling it lowers the resolution. You can turn this off but be warned you might suffer severe frame drops.

I try delve every league and it's never as profitable as other options. I'm beginning to think that fractured walls are bait and rushing nodes is the way to go if you want any kind of decent div/h. It's a bit different in Affliction league due to pricing so the fractured walls are less bait, but they definitely felt like bait in previous leagues.

You have to go deep, probably at least 350? (That number varies per person) So yes fractured walls are bait if you're not deep.

For this strategy you don't need a build that's catered to delving, just something that can do T16s, guardians & pinnacle bosses (ideally deathless) will be fine.

Lmao, they won’t do that. Delve has way much more content and less random shit. Also affliction is only good for map juicing while delve is an entire different thing compared to bossing and mapping

how the hell Affliction off all things is similar to Delve?! If anything, TOTA was similar. Especially how scaling worked in that mechanic. This was the second mechanic in the game that could be scaled way beyond the natural "level 83" ceiling of almost all other league mechanics. Because you reached 83 at about 250 rating, yet the actual rating cap was 2,000.

Atlas tree is all wrong. You _absolutely_ take All Hands + Mining Partnership. Also, you should consider blocking a bunch of content. And I highly suggest you make a minion build for this, Perfect Marionettes w a perfect Meatsack

wdym "wrong"? All Hands makes 0 sense if you're using scarabs (which you should, basic Niko Master missions are highly inefficient) and blocking content doesn't do anything either. Minion builds are not better or worse for this then any other build. If anything, I'd not run minions in delve as regen when you're not attacking yourself is always a bit annoying to figure out

I'm wearing the Sentinel Overlord supporter set, and Transcendence Righteous Fire. I don't think anything else on my character is a paid MTX. The rest is either Flask effects from my mageblood, or MTX I earned through Challenges/got for free from random boxes.
