I was really looking forward to this episode! I gotta say that it's quite obvious that Luis didn't get the talk-time he deserved, at least in my opinion. Yes, the GameoverGreggy show is an extremely fast paced environment, but still...please give your next Patreon guest some time to elaborate on their stories/points. Anyway, really enjoying the show otherwise. Keep up the good work, fellas.

I love how in all of these conversations, however deep or important, Portillo is just, y'know... there.

Guy is awesome. Colin so impressed with your food network knowledge you should talk more about it. East meets west that's a great pic so shocked you knew that show. Thanks guys keep it up.

The part about Portillo was the funniest thing ever! You guys are giving Portillo crazy ideas. He might just try to convince you guys he is one of you, just to prank and split y'all up.

The Italian chef you were thinking of is probably Giada De Laurentiis. She was my favorite on there.

The Snake Eyes comment made me think of a great throwback topic: which ninja would win in a fight? Snake Eyes vs. Storm Shadow vs. the Green Ranger (Tommy) vs. Raphael (TMNT) vs. Grey Fox (MGS1) Vs. Samanosuke (Onimusha) Vs. Batman Vs. Rikimaru (Tenchu) Vs. Shinobi Vs. Ninja Gaiden :)

After watching all of the videos for this episode i can't help but feel that he didn't really get his money's worth. i understand he got to hang out with you guys for a week or so but when it came to the actual episode he barely even talked. maybe thats his personality but if someone else musters up the courage to donate 2k to you guys I hope he has more time to actually put his thoughts into the show instead of just looking back and forth.

Well Brandon, I agree with you in some sense. I felt like I got my money's worth for sure. I had an awesome time and a great experience. I felt a little bad about not putting my two cents on the topics but the thing is, the topics were not suited to my strengths. I had no clue who Guy Fieri was. I couldn't come up with clever witty remarks on men going to the women's restroom or how to communicate to someone in a dog's body. My pace of talking was slower than theirs so me getting interrupted was a foregone conclusion. I don't resent them for that either, I experience the GameOverGreggy show in the first person. This gave me exposure to my KZbin channel (which I talk more), and I got on camera experience on a much bigger stage and I think I did well all things considering. Ultimately it was a learning experience for everyone involved and I gave Greg feedback on my trip and I'm sure he will implement that to the next guest who pledges the 2k.

Musing with Menchaca the publicity for your own channel was a great idea. im sure thats a big part of why you did it to begin with. I see your point about not really being able to contribute to those particular topics. I'm sure the time with them off camera was more beneficial than the time on was.
@MusingwithMenchaca10 жыл бұрын
Brandon Hartman Thanks and yes, hanging out with them was awesome because I saw for myself that these guys are genuinely nice people that work very hard for what they got. It put a new dimension on them (literally and figuratively) I am more endeared to them now because I saw the more human side of things, if anyone else does the 2k pledge then they will know that seeing behind the curtain is an eye opening experience.
@ndantona9210 жыл бұрын
I agree. You know a guest spent 2 grand to come all the way out there and your idea of delivering on that with a topic is Guy Fieri? idk, Kinda Weak
@MusingwithMenchaca10 жыл бұрын
niko dantona well the off camera time was still good, but still no hard feeling. I appreciate the sentiment though.

I spent 5 years (5 days a week) cleaning the restrooms at my job (retail store) and the women's restroom was always worse off then the men's restroom. Part of me wants to attribute this to the fact that women routinely take their little kids to the restroom but then decided to let them urinate/defecate on their own and the other part of me just believes that maybe women are just that dirt.
