Patrice Rushen was definitely a funk master from back in the day. While I would argue that she (this young lady) showcased the bass well, Patrice laid down the groove and hard. Adder, lol I'm about to do the same. I'm a guitarist but ive had a stingray bass for 20 years but havent played it for a few. I'm gonna put some tape on my thumb though to avoid the inevitable blister.

@@officialrohinmusic Yes...we know but can you really practice beauty? Many people can bake from scratch or repair a vehicle but yet cannot get the eye ear hand body coordination required to play an instrument. I played piano at age 11 and 12. By 12...my teacher said she couldn't teach me anything else. That's a gift. I have practiced under hand braiding for 45 years...I can't do it!!!!!! My son knows computers on and out...I figure things out by pressing buttons. My daughter can apply flawless makeup... Im a makup amateur.

Yeah, she's so relaxed because she's not playing. Why is the record playing in the background? If she wanted to display her guitar playing talent why do we need vocals, we've heard the song a 1000 times. She's not at all into playing and she's doing it too effortlessly. Professional aren't even that layed back and cheerful. This was fake as a 3 dollar bill.
