As you were turning the palette to show the shades, you could see all the lovely shifts of sextraterrestrial! I’ve been saying for months, if the indie brands can make multichromes, why can’t mainstream?? And here comes Mother Pat!! Bringing the beautiful shade shifters!! I wasn’t buying this, but those special shades are calling my name!! I wanted the pink ones tho! Lol

You are so creative and so talented, and not all the brushes you use are natural hair (I believe only the Rephr), I use only natural hair brushes with my PMG palettes and of course I don't get the same result like you, but it's getting better since the natural hair brushes. Even the exagger eye palette of Charlotte Tilbury, I was so frustrated of that one, I can handle now with my fingers or the eye brushes from Wayne, Sonia and Rephr (and have a very little bit of Chikuhodo and 1 very small for my lower lash line from ....what's her name, also on Beautylish, so choose vegan now. But natural hair or not, you handle every palette👍💪🤩🥂🎉👏, I am gonna look more video's of you, because I like to keep on learning as a hobby make up addict! Lots of love and have a nice day!!!🖐😘😘

I definitely love the VR Sextraterrestrial eye better! When you turned your head sideways I could see it shift to green on your lids! Absolutely gorgeous and mesmerizing. Gorgeous looks! Sextraterrestrial is so crazy in person. Having gotten the palette, I've noticed video footage in people's reviews just doesn't seem to do it justice. The shift's as bright a green as shown in the product photo they released (on the edges), but the shift always seems more coppery on camera. I was actually pretty floored by how bright the green was.

The second look is the bomb! It's so funny that when I saw the palette, I thought how I'm so tired of that hot pink color showing up everywhere and everyone seems to use it. I agree. I don't wear hot pink eyeshadow and I've avoided palettes that include them. I got DR2 knowing I wouldn't use that particular shade, so it was nice to see some demos that skipped it, too. This palette definitely did not need a hot pink, but I wasn't going to let that one shade deter me. No regrets -- this palette is stunning!

I’ve looked at all the mothership palettes, weirdly, I preferred VIII from the initial pictures I saw, now you showed them side by side and swatched some of the shades, I actually prefer VII. That would be a very expensive mistake. I prefer your right eye with the lighter colours as I can’t get away with a transition colour that dark, another reason I think I prefer VII. Some of the satin shades would look amazing in the crease against those flip colours though. I’ve avoided shimmers in the crease, until I got Tarte pro remix palette, I’ve actually experimented more with the shimmers in there and used a lot more shimmer than I was previously comfortable with. I actually like it if it’s done with right combinations. I’m looking forward to seeing the looks with VII.
