It's not uncommon in the suburbs. It's places in the area of 'Greater London' that are disproportionately expensive. A childhood home closer to the inner city had a garden the size of a small shed. Another in the suburbs had a regular sized garden, front garden, garage AND driveway. All depends on area.

Your home is beautiful and I wouldn’t make any changes to the kitchen right now. It is great! I think the main thing is that you don’t really have a style. It seems that you buy things you like but it doesn’t create the look that you want. Take the time the commit to a style. Modern, farmhouse, transitional, country than start in your living rooms and stick to your style and you will see the results that you seek. I love your channel!

Me too. I have the same plant and its not doing so well. Meanwhile I have tomatoes, golden pothos, corn plant, hydrangea, and jalepenos growing outside. Too hot for anything else. I did have potatoes, several variety of lettuce, 2 variety of basil, mugwort. My daikon died with the rainy season and my carrots were wonky looking. For the snug, try build in shelving in the nooks and then decorate it nicely, really can transform a room. Paint most of the walls a lighter color and the build in a statement color. So that really becomes a statement wall. Also a nice coffeetavle with a pretty rug underneath.

The Family room you should get a real big colorful rug and throw some colors; yellow or rust and get some wall paintings and also change the throw pillows. Home Decor have a lot of nice things to give you ideas too
