Give yourself grace and respect for making it this far but acknowledge that you want more - and that is OK. It’s ok to want more, different, bigger, better. But there is so much beauty in what is present now-don’t overlook the little things that bring you joy . Finally speak as kindly to yourself as you would to anyone else. We’re often so hard on ourselves in the process of changing, but that is not necessary. You’re not lost really . You’re on a journey to a new level and it’s scary sure . But so much more is ahead-be encouraged and excited about the positive possibilities. 💜

Find your local ethical dressmaker, spend time choosing your favourite piece, get measured and fit, etc. show us how to choose a lifetime wardrobe one little piece at a time! Go for it‼‼🙌🏿, only regret I have is not doing it sooner.. I never noticed how bad my fupa looked in clothes until I had it removed.. My confidence is out if this world..I will always remember my 1st day out post op, swelling gone, no faja.. I put on a regular bodycon maxi dress, and I literally cried tears of joy.. just to see myself in something so form fitting, no shapewear, without lumps, folds, and ripples.. I know it sounds vain.. but to actually feel comfortable, and confident in your clothes after not feeling good about your appearance for years.. makes everything worth it 🎉🎉❤❤

Traveling is the best way to broaden your mind and enrich your life rather broke or boujee! I have done it both ways and no lie the broke way was lots of fun too but the boujee sheets are addictive! Portugal, Hungary, Iceland, Wales, Croatia are all great places to visit. Change is great, if you do not evolve you die. We all started with the quick and the cheap but eventually we realize quality over quantity, I have a couple of things on my buy list but my closet is full of classic things. I stay away from trends unless I feel they will become classics, that would be good to hear, how your wardrobe has evolved. What is in your permanent collection?

It's great to hear your honesty about your life and the changes. I'd love to see in your future content, holiday inspo, and if you do this within budget or if its gifted. Missed you Patriciaaaa!!!! Yes therapy is the key to self-discovery/happiness, glad you are experiencing joy on your journey. I would love to see more about travel, food/food spots you like in London and skincare. Also given the market, I would like if you could somehow include a real estate branch to your brand, maybe not weekly but I did enjoy your videos when you were apartment hunting and updating your bathroom.. Your family is your business and we don't need to be up in it lol.
