So Jason Thompson submitted the scene when Robin ties his tie before her funeral for the Emmy Award for 2013 and didn’t win the award. He was up against 3 other actors from the Young and the Restless. Jason should’ve won. This scene was absolutely emotional and makes me cry everytime I see it. He was robbed. Maybe that’s why he decided to go to the Young and the Restless. After today’s performance, he may just get that emmy he so deserve.

Scripted. They needed a tight scene to push in on and then cut away to because Kimberly doesn't actually know how to tie a tie.

Why did he go to the funeral? He obviously did not want too, he wasn't in any shape to be there. I wish they had written it where he took Emma out and away somewhere and they had their own thing for Robin where it belonged to them and no one else.
