for Hawks fans whining about Jones, at no point was Bedard truly 'wide open' for Jones. if Jones were KANE, as far as vision and passing, you could say Bedard was wide open. but it's Seth Jones, there were two Wings sticks/defenders between at first, then for the split second there was still one between. he's not some special passer, the shot is the better play for him there.
