It's one of Bob's greatest songs (among many great ones). You wondered about the harmonica? He plays harmonica in many different ways. In this case he's playing what's called "straight harp", as opposed to "blues harp", which is an entirely different approach. There's no distortion, it's just straight harp, that's all...notes that hit both melody and harmony lines. Jokerman could symbolize a lot of things. Some have theorized that the Jokerman symbolizes very corrupt people in high places, which seems likely enough. That could include politicians, judges, financiers, CEO's, Hollywood people, etc... Others have theorized that the Jokerman is Jesus. Others say it's Satan. (There are some reasons to look at it both ways in the lyrics.) Still others have said the Jokerman is Bob himself! It's up to you how you interpret it, but that gives you a few possible starting points. It's probably better to just play a song all the way through and then comment at the end, rather than interrupting it.

Your black cat jumping into frame to match the imagery at 4:50 was a beautiful coincidence. It also happened to take place when I'm baked and absolutely loving this reaction..more deep dives into Dylan please. If I could suggest a couple off the top of my high head, I'd say Where Are You Tonight or Changing of the Guards from his Street Legal album, think you'd appreciate a lot of the religious imagery in them.
