That's true. I read his memoir: The time of my life that he wrote with his wife. Then, watched the documentary and you can tell he was so inquisitive, wanted to try to do many things. His mindset was his best ally.😊

Dirty Dancing came out when I was in elementary school. I fell in love with Patrick Swayze then. I knew every word to every song on the dirty dancing cassette tape I had. My sister and I would pretend we were in the movie and try to do the jump lift at the end lol. Will always miss him. ❤

Yes, the heart of the movie was exactly the heart as he says, the guy falling for her because of what she has inside as a human being. The fact he knew that so well,stayed true to it and refused 10 milion for a sequel shows he not only knew the real beauty of the movie, but he had it inside himself too.❤ That's what makes it really believable and true, he and Jennifer portraying the characters with their hearts, and having such real physical and mental chemistry. And no matter if they had or not problems getting there while filming- actually as their acts have on screen, and is part of what makes it so engaging to watch - they definitely reached a magical chemistry in the end😊
