To each their own … but if you haven’t experienced DR and expect to simply invest and watch the money flow to you … I wouldn’t suggest it. First relocate, get to know the culture and the business you wish to invest in, observe 2-4 seasons of the business, fully understand the profit / loss, due diligence is key!
