It is unbelievable the amount of free knowledge from great professional coaches that are being shared on KZbin. ThANK YOU SO MUCH Patrick!

Those forehands were monstrous. I'm a long time rec player who cannot hit like that and just realized I know nothing about generating power properly. At least not as effortlessly as I should. This was so helpful and makes me look forward to putting these techniques into practice and losing to the ball machine... again

Don't be fooled, we are paying...with all our keystrokes made, activity, and locations on not only your computer but every device that connects to your wi-fi network too...very valuable information that companies pay tons for. Even if you stopped using this and didn't want anything to do with it anymore, they'll still be on your devices until you consciously clean them off. Oh wait, we didn't even know we signed up for all that surveillance...that's my favorite part. But hey, it is no direct money out of pocket, so there is that : )

I'm a 49yo 4.5 adult committed player 😊 and have had many trainers through some countries (due to my job I live always abroad). I just applied in my today's game what I learned about my dominant eye being the left one (im right handed) and Patrick, my serve improved a lot!!! Thanks to your dominant eye video I found out for the first time something that I should have known from the beginning...nonetheless it just took some adjustment and after 20 serves or so IT started to work. Thanks a lot from the bottom of my heart

Coach Partick, been following your videos for a while now and must say that your way of making people to understand and put it into effective practical use is second to none. There are other coaches which are good too but your method of no frills explanation is by far the most concise and easy to execute. Truly golden words and thanks to you even without being physically there I am able to translate your teachings and thinking into my tennis life and elevate myself and others that i coach along. Great coach you really are.

Good day, Thank you so much for this video i really appreciate as a player who just started tennis at the age of 15 being playing for about 9 months now, I have just a simple question I thought putting the left hand on the racquet was fundamental as it helped in early preparation she wasn't putting her left hand on her racquet thank you so much.

Thank you Patrick for this insightful analysis. I was always of the view that to return faster ground strokes, you have to have faster reaction time and early preparation (full wing of the racquet). But that's not the case. Its about managing the pace of the ball through short-swings and spin embedded to your shot (follow through). That was really helpful. Could you also do a video on 1. How to tackle high top-spin balls that pushes you back to the court? Both on forehand and backhand slide 2. How to tackle spin and kick-serve. I tried the technique of showing my racquet face but either it hits the net or flys off in different direction.
