Funny story... I installed the batteries before transformation but kept accidentally pushing the voice activation button. Imagine my surprise when I thought the toy was telling me I was doing it wrong when he said, "Are you sure this is the right way?"

They can call him "Agent Knight" all they want. His name is Kitt. Solid figure, and I almost bought one. It's a bit nit-picky, but I chose not to since he isn't in scale with my collection. I get why they went with the larger scale, but I would've preferred him fitting in as a deluxe, like gigawatt

I love the detail on the scanner bar. The actual show scanner bar bulbs light up and fade as the next bulb lights up, and this one does a reasonable simulation of that. I'm sure it would have been easier/cheaper to do a straight on off LED chaser strip, so I really appreciate this detail

Normally transparent windows don't bother me much, especially if the interior has some cool robotic Cybertronian designs inside, but they probably should have made these more opaque. The battery section does mimic the real car if I recall but it's slightly bigger. But man, it looks so cool. I kinda want it.

I just got this guy a few days ago! It was on Amazon preorder since May or June (it's November ow for you future readers lol). Anyway he's cool but mine drops his ball joint arm sometimes. I also wish he was a deluxe size, to scale better with Giggawatt and the Jurassic Park ones. A-Team van yes make that voyager, but not this. I do like the electronics, though, and actually had batteries that fit from Dollar Tree for him.

got mine lest friday (15th) and i have to say he is an AWESOME figure!!! i was not expecting him to be has big as he is. i like how you can have different configurations for his door wings. you can actually configure them to where they are straight down. now we need a K.A.R.R. version and a repaint remold of Prime or Motormaster for the his mobile base truck =) then a repaint of Motormaster for Goliath. man now that i think of it this could be its own line lol great review as always!!!

I wouldn't mind clear windows if they had another piece of plastics to cover up the robot bits. Basically the clear as overlays or like the alternators have the interiors be actual car bits, but I guess that would blow the budget.

Great video PPR! I have a pair of these on order from Amazon. I will most likely get the Toyhax for it. As for batteries, eBay has some vendors selling rechargeable LR44 batteries with a charger. I'm thinking about getting one of those kits, just so I can avoid the possibility of future Alkaline battery leakage. I predict that Hasbro might repaint this figure as KARR with a yellow scanner, gray stripes, yellow visor, and tan "chaps"/Jeans. Also with a voice theme for KARR. Who knows? We might even see the FLAG semi at some point? We will have to see.

The theme song would sound horrible thorugh a tiny mono speaker and with the heavy compression to fit it on a cheap sound chhip - better by far to just stick to the voice clips that are supposed to sound digitized anyway. There is supposed to be a mode where the scanner bar just keeps going for a couple oof minutes too, if you hold the buttin down for a while I think?

Know what you mean about the name. I'm a real sucker for these collab bots but I have a similar complaint with this one to the turtle van whose name, if it has one, has utterly escaped me although to be fair on that case the van isn't an actual character so much as KITT which leads me on to the actual complaint and no doubt the reason why it's got a separate name. What, one might ask, is a turtle van without the turtles much like what is KITT without David Hasselhoff aka Agent Knight? I happen to have the Xpanse X-Men Blackbird crossover which did indeed include a couple mini-figures being Wolverine and Sabretooth so it's not like it can't be done however in this case they really cheaped out over those figures so while Sabretooth is pretty passable in my set Wolverine is indeed fairly far from it sadly. Guy can barely even stand unaided and the less said about the 'paintwork' if you can call it that... Anyway. The main complaint you had being that the inside is filled with visible kibble is another thing those two having no expectation of ever needing enter the vehicle they come with but the idea this is supposedly KITT loses something I feel if you take that away just like the turtle van as if they're meant to be a separate entity that doesn't really make any sense without at least acknowledging that much for me at least. It was sitting on Amazon for ages after it sold out practically everywhere else somehow so I came pretty close but no cigar.
