I booked my friend Johnny Pattinson into the one bedroom apartment with the bath on the balcony at the beginning of the year, it was a excellent room and all the staff were very nice , he said he had the time of his life especially as M club is directly next door and is accessable from the hotel reception, so you don't even need to walk outside to go clubbing a great place to party, 10 out of 10 a really good place to stay. Highly recommend it.

Yes it's all soundproofed, built to a high standard, so no noise pollution from the club at all

The quality of condo developments is so superior to what's available in the Philippines. Better value by a mile. Maybe even worth buying an elite visa for.

The Kandi places in AC are probably similar to the ones here though from what I remember quite a bit more expensive. In general yes accommodation in Thailand is cheaper, available in large quantity and of higher quality.

Thank you for such a great video. That one bedroom is beautiful. I checked on their website and they are saying the electricity is 9 Baht per unit. Some reviews are saying electricity is high. Keep up the wonderful work that you do.

฿18,900 a month and no laundry or oven. These are kitchenettes, too small for serious western cooking. No roasting, no Pizza, no grill, no bar-be-que, electric tops are not wok friendly, woks work better with gas. My cook hates the kitchen smells inside the house and demands an isolated kitchen. The bathroom was big enough to have a washer drier. I prefer personal cleanliness with my house maid to sending laundry out to a public laundry; it can be expensive. This condo would be great for a one week holiday, may be 2, but for me it's not designed for permanent living. Having to eat out all the time becomes a nuisance. I like home cooking and to drink alcohol with a meal. It is very trendy Thai. The price is good by international standards but these are Covid prices. They will go up when international tourism kicks off again.

Yes, excellent 1 br for a month long stay. Would have to arrange some sort of transport to avoid too much walking but otherwise very nice!

Nice place but I'd only stay there in dry season. Unless something has changed that street floods really bad when it rains.

Very nice for a month to month rate. The negative would be the size of the pool and the gym. I would trade in value for a smaller unit with better facilities. The lady showing the units was very professional.

Even the 12,000 baht one looks mighty fine, I couldn't ask for more honestly. And what blows my mind is that each unit has it's personal WIFI and cable, instead of having to fight with the entire building for bandwidth. Great video.

I can only imagine living in a building with a gents club in it... especially since it seems the girls use the pool area for pool parties as part of the club. Living there would be intense... i have a feeling i'd go broke there without ever leaving the building 😉

Hi, no the area are fine, it is two minutes walk away from third street and seven minutes walk to Soi Buakhao and it is save. I stay there alone for one month and I am a women from Europe.

Thank you, Daz, Both apartments looked very nice. I will definitely be thinking about this place because I normally only visit for 1 month at a time so this would be ideal. Swimming pool and gym I never really bother with but as it is there it is a bonus. Look for to seeing the deluxe room. Take care and stay safe.

Also worth taking into account is that if you had of just kept driving passed Max Central you would come to a fork in the road a few hundred yards more and just off to the right if im not mistaken, there is a group of Gentleman's Clubs all banded together. 007 is one of them. I read all the James Bond books and watched every movie during lockdown so ill definately be paying them a visit when i can.

Nice quality condo building with really nicely designed furnished rooms…set back from the main roads so it would be quiet. Only thing that lets it down is the small tight swimming pool area….prob only allows for 3 or 4 ppl and it’s full.

Yes Daz what a condo ! Winner winner chicken dinner ! i would have that apartment ,very spacious and has an outside spa with a pull down blind for 776 AUD .It looks like something you would find in the Wongamat area . Also M club is a gentlemans club too , a lot of time would be spent there. Does that mclub have its own rooms or could you take a lady to your max central apartment ?

When ever I hear short term, I can't help wonder if the accommodations can be booked as a hotel room night to night or on air b & B where the turn over is very high. Otherwise very nice indeed! Thanks for sharing! I am assuming rates are based on no longer than a 1 month basis and so if you wanted to stay, you would have to take care of that on that basis

This condo is my favorite of the last 2 months. I love the 1-bedroom. How far is it from the baht busses? Also, are these condos well-insulated from sound from your next door neighbors? Can't wait to see the deluxe! That 1 bedroom is Amazing! Best one yet. Not a great view, but what's a 10min trip to the beach for that quality. Gym is small. But unless there are weight sets, no reason to visit. Pool is perfect for floating, relaxing, and drinking a beer. Very good find!

stayed there 5 years, and yes excellent accommodation really plush for the money, downside you have to coss 3rd road to access soi bauhkow, cross at your peril 😩 also you pay 9 bhat electric and not government rate of 4 bhat ish, have steaks restaurant at the end of soi 13/ 3rd road the chicken is amazing, and now have M club , very well kitted out out of 10 id say 8or9 but due to location having to cross 3rd road 6(not for the faint hearted) enjoy
