I'd rent the place just because of that young lady. Not only was she quite pretty but she was an amazing communicator, very knowledgeable and also wasn't afraid to say that something was outside of her authority to discuss which shows a good level of integrity and honesty. I hope the property owners appreciate what an asset they have in her as she'd make a great person to have on any sales team.

I viewed this condo complex a few years ago when the swimming pool hadn't yet been constructed. The apartments are beautifully furnished and for those who want somewhere quiet to stay then Soi Arunothai would be an ideal location and you certainly won't find better apartments than this in that area. Your friendly guide whose name is Nat, is a delightful person with a sweet personality.

I stayed there for 3 months , i enjoyed my stay there , make sure you you book a condo on the same side of the building , the other side of the building can get too hot during the day. Wifi and router in the room very good and reliable .

That one bedroom was the nicest, most well designed condo I've ever seen. So many condos look like a psychotic chimpanzee designed them. $23 USD a day is an absolute bargain for what you get. Thanks for the tours!

I like the staff girls are very polite and very communicative everywhere you check condo. Even if you proposed 8 000 for the studio, her reaction was great and lovely. Amazing. That's a pity that we can not see her smile. All condos are great, but the second one looks perfect.

I looked at this place. If you look at the floorpan some of the ground floor units have a small private garden. That makes them an even better prospect in my eyes. Its a bit out of the way but that area has everything you need. Bars, 7-elevens, restaurants and its just round the corner from five gentleman's clubs all in row. Got to love Soi Bongkot.

Hi Daz, great Vlog and interesting to see this condo hotel, it was as you were riding to the place you passed by a guesthouse I used to stay in many years ago called The Shagwell Guesthouse I eve it’s derelict now pity no doubt the result of COVID. The name of the Condo/Hotel Maxx I am sure I stay in a small guest just down the road from we’re you are and it was called Maxx a European guy owned it many years ago I wonder is it the same company. Nice condo indeed, have walked from soi Bukhau to soi Arunatai not that far. A mate was living in Nirin apartments on the right just before the condo you showed. My god it was horrible in Niren like walking into a prison. Take care

I really loved that condo. Long time visitor to Pattaya. However, whenever I'm off about bus route I find that a pain. Walking to pattaya klang would be a pain. Paying for motorcycle taxis would quickly add up. If I had a bike I would consider it. However, since I would never ride a bike of my own in Thailand for safety reasons this condo would not meet my needs. Of course, if it was a choice of a hotel or a well appointed condo during high season I might convince myself for a month.

She said no elictric / water or wifi charges but the website says they are extra - which is it ?. The website says 9Baht per electric unit. Thats not government rates and could easily stack up to 5000B per month with heavy usage. Especially of you think you are not paying for it. Good video EP !

I love the location of this condo , taking into account no wifi or electric and cable charges plus no gym fees and a nice rooftop pool the price is fair . im sure a years rental for the 1st unit could get as low as 13k . would a weekly laundry service be included for the bedding ? Its cheap because its out of the way. Ive been down that road.Its about 15 min walk to Big C, and then another 20mins to soi Buakhau,so you'd be reliant of baht buses and m/c taxis alot of the time.Looks a decent place though.
