Yes Thankz Daz , I like the new moderness of the condo , Great view , the pool looked nice , the price is excellent . My drawback on this is the size , the main bedroom in the 2 bedroom room I didn't like, it would not adequately allow me to stretch out on the bed . I think I would put holes in the walls . It also brings me back to one of your previous vlogs where you said to think about how thick the walls are too .I would have like to have seen a corner room if they had them .

Excellent work again Daz. Nice variety. I could never live in the 1 bed which should be a studio even at 6,000 bht. I felt claustraphobic looking at it. 2 bed would make a very comfortable 1 bed and looked nice but in 8 to 10 rent range currently. Thnx again for your work. Prying the new variant doesn't spook the Govt. Still looking at a Jan arrival.

Nice video Daz. It is a hole in the wall. I would prefer an older apartment with a more spacious room. Unless you want to live in a gogo bar and only stumble in your shoebox just before passing out.

It amazes me how mint and immaculately clean these places are in Thailand / Vietnam . Also , so much for your money . How do they make a profit ?

I would imagine the labor costs to build and maintain these properties are significantly lower than in western countries. Also...at least compared to the US the units are significantly smaller than standard units in the US. 1 typical condo in the US is like 2 of theirs. This means for the same size building they may be able to squeeze in 50% more rental units. Also they may be getting a decent per square meter amount.

this kind of place are really lousy, especially for a retiree who will stay most of the time at home, you will probably feel under pressure with so little space, better to rent a house for this budget or looking for something bigger in an older building.

That is the cheapest rate, the rate that the elec company charge as opposed to the higher prices that some condos charge after they add their %age

Yes it does, you get off and get on another and go straight on second road, parallel to where walking street is. Take that to the central festival mall if you want, to the rear of it and walk a block and your on the beach. Or just get off the first bus, walk one block and your at the Beer Garden.. Easy ride, 20 baht total.

The pools look so inviting at times, but I remember the last place I actually visited, the pool temperature was so cold; do you find that in the Condo's you visit?

Check the prices in the Philippines, it's a lot cheaper than Thailand, so is Cambodia and Vietnam.

You need a stationery shop. Upstairs at "Friendship Mall" on South Pattaya road, or upstairs floor 4 at Central Festival or on central road (Sukhumvit end just past Harbor mall) there is a stationery store called "Silipabarn"
