I would gladly stay there for a month or two. Being close to the night market and having pool and gym there and close to the beach seems great. Plenty of varied dining options for meals and coffee no doubt near by. Staying in these condos and being able to sample different areas of Thailand sounds like what I would use. Stay at various areas like Prachuap khiri kan one month then travel to Jomtien the next month and Chiang Mai or say Udon Thani or Khon kaen in Isaan another time. No central pattaya bar scene for me so this sounds perfect.

Looks really nice Daz, I have stayed previously in jomtien beach condos--before they built 2nd road! Yes it was a while ago. They were good and although you had to pay for a month it was ok to only use for 2 weeks. Good security, pools, gym down by beach road games room and various businesses at ground level A1 building and restaurants car/bike hire laundry hair salon etc under S1 and S2 with parking as well. Got to be worth a look now maybe. It was 8000 for a month with a small deposit back then 8k was only about £110 then ho ho. Them were the days!

I went to check out one of these apartments the last time I was staying in Jomtien. I didnt take it because of the horrible noise from the night market, which closes around midnight

Actually considered this one for my next stay but just a little too small for me and family. Great location and price though and good to see inside on video. If you ever find yourself in Na Jomtien area, would love to see Veranda and the surrounding area, new beach development etc

Great location. Nice view. Looks like a quiet area. Short walk to the beach. Probably baht buses running to Pattaya. Cheap rent for a couple of months. For a 2 or 3 month visit this suite would be great. If I was staying for a few years I'd want something bigger but for a short visit this suite is great.

Get your lady to clean the room, that's what I do, bed sheets only need changing once a week IMO, how often do you change yours at home ??? A laundry will wash and dry bed sheets for 200 baht

Yes. Yet again it's fabulous. Daz, just to satisfy my curiosity, how much would you estimate this might have cost before covid? I do want to move over as soon as things settle down, but to enable me to budget for when things are more normal, what should I add on to make an estimated budget for a place like this. You could get cheap places like this before covid if don't mind travel Amazon was cheap. In the Central Pattaya prices between 50 to 100% more before covid.

Prices have dropped about 40% to 50% from the all time high of 2019, and IMO will be slow to rise again as there is a shortage of customers

Elec & water will cost you about 2000 baht per month, house keeping you do yourself unless you are lazy, if so, you can pay a lady to do once a week for 300 baht each time, it does not need to be changed more often that that IMO
