This is by far one of the nicest condos I've seen. Not too fancy, not too cheap, very "americanesc" style. In Florida a one bedroom apartment like that goes for $1,500

Totally agree. That one bedroom was excellent. It had an oven and a bathtub. I'm more of a shower person but to have the option is nice. The only draw back was that couch. I didn't care for the layout of this studio at all. Overall good job again. Thanks

For a decent hotel room you are looking at THB 3,000 plus per night. If you can get that apartment for 3 weeks for 20,000 not expensive

The swimming pool and the gym are amazing for the price of the condo. One of the best gym for a condo. I pay 80 francs a month subscription to use a gym like that in Switzerland.

As most ppl have already said that’s a very nice corner unit there…usually get more breeze and lot quieter than standard rooms. Pricing is bit exp as covid era still so prob be worth no more than 14-15k p month. Lovely views fr the swimming pool n nice gym in a nice low level building which are better then the big ugly tower blocks.

I like the 1 bedroom minus the filthy sofa. 500+ a month is very reasonable. Pool with view is very nice.

Building has a nice one bedroom but needs a new Sofa... but otherwise i think the location and view from the roof top pool makes this a great choice if the one bedroom could be had for 13-14000 baht..L.A Rob

Lovely place, like others I wish you had shown us the two bedroom apartment. The price for what is on offer seems very reasonable , liked the corner one bedroom very much. The lady also seemed very nice , knowledgeable and not at all pushy or hurry up I have things to do. I also like tha fact that it was a lower building and great pool and gym. Nice find sir. :)

Excellent Daz. Yet another different type of building and layout. Close to Cosy beach and a short walk to the beach is worth the extra. Big deck is perfect. Sensational pool. I could imagine a friend and the sunset. Great Gik material. They like those special moments. Chrs.

Can you please ask if they have condos for sale and the sale prices? In business 20 years ago, you used to look at rent to purchase price with a multiple of 13 years. So if the rent was 10,000 baht per month x 12 mths x 13 years => 1,560,000 baht to buy.

Nice but a little pricey in today's market - one thing viewers should be aware of - this area Kasetsin is very derelict at the moment - I lived on K Soi 5 before and I was shocked last week when visiting the area at just how quiet it is ( Sky Gallery area Is busy ,but that's because of the expensive "coffee "😜 being served )

The 1 bedroom is very nice, however the studio isn't just too small and cramped. Nowhere st sit to eat that I saw. Can you do some videos regarding shopping for food at the open air markets as well as grocery stores? This would help in figuring out better the cost of living. Thank you for you informative videos.

Price per m2; the studio was 36 m2 = 10,000 baht and 69 m2 one bedroom was 20,000 baht. It would make more sense to rent two studios and get 72 m2 for the same money.......................lol 20,000 baht was still too much. I think 14,000 baht max was what I would offer for the one bedroom in these times. Nice swimming pool and view from the 7th floor. These older buildings with only 7 floors are much nicer than the new rabbit hutches. The building looked empty by the amount of keys she was carrying, I suspect for vacant rooms. The carzy thing is, is that they continue to build more and more condos in the Pattaya area. Who is going to fill them? Maybe the Chinese in 3 years time but they don't like spending much.

Yes ,sadly ,I was there last week and was shocked at how miserable/ quiet it has become ( I lived in Pattaya for 7 years previously ) I would guesstimate 75% of businesses / storefronts are closed ( some sois 90%)

Very nice property in a good area, exactly the kind I like to rent. The pool is awesome and the gym is small but at least is has got some weight lifting equipment. As I am a serious weight lifter I would still have go to a fully fledged gym in the city. Thanks for showing. Is the studio for rent short term (3 months) or only long term?

Up2U but I would never pay upfront, way to many unpredictable things can happen in Thailand which you have no control over, what if a bar is opened near you with music blaring all night, or very noisey neighbours appear, IMO you have got to stay flexible in Thailand.
