It's been 15th December for a while. Don't forget a lot of people can't finish work for Christmas until then or later. Most of the UK will be working up until next Tuesday

Technically (officially) it is 1st November but it depends where you are in Thailand. Starts here mid December until the end of May.

@@henrydeval150 From what I know you go full on protein like steak and eggs at the start. No carbs, seed oils, vegetables or even fruit. Like an omelette with 3 eggs for breakfast then literally steak as your main meal. Over time you work carbs back into your diet. Avoid processed foods but you can have a treat now and then.

A lot of these gourmet burgers in Thailand use too much bread. I like less bread to equal the bread to meat ratio. I never get fries cause I can't handle all of the carbs LOL. Have you tried BUCKY BURGER N BUDS on Walking Street? Good Smashburger.

Krackn Lanta is quality I made a short thier from the soi 5 pratumnak location my picture is with one of the guys who runs it..try the wtf but talk to the chef first...they also have the heart attack..I ate thier 3 time's in September still lost 15 pounds that month.

Hi Nick. Cracking vid, thanks! My expat mate was saying 3 weeks ago that Soi Buakhow was rammed, absolutely heaving mate! By the way, even before high season, direct flights from London since Covid are 50% more, even if you book months in advance like I do!
