And, no matter how healthy you think you are, all men over 50 should regularly get a prostate check - it's relatively simple now, as you demonstrated, it's just a blood check. Respect for sharing this! Staying away from alcohol and hitting the weights 3 or 4 times a week shortly and intens will help. I use L Citrulline on a daily basis, it improves bloodflow and keeps the vaines more healthy

In the same vein, I am 54 and over a year ago I had surgery for prostate cancer, and now need injections in the "old man" to get him to function. Took me a full hour to work up the courage to do the first one, but it works most of the time. Hope it all works out for you (and your good lady wife :-) ), but seriously mate you need some help with your BP - don't ignore that. Look after yourself.

For me losing weight, reducing drinking and getting my diabetes diagnosis has helped me a bit, but I think my underlying issue is psychological. If the meds doen't work id be very interested if you look into unconscious psychological reasons and solutions. I'll follow this with interest. I am proud of you man!

Very brave to share this pal. May I suggest also looking at what you're eating and maybe hitting the gym? You may remember I posted about my weight loss and during the most intense part of that I had no drive at all as you say. Once I started to eat more, train more (gym+run) it soon came back. Our diet and activity can drive our hormones and libido. Happy to tell you about my experience when im over at the end of this week and in the lounge.

Well done Trev on doing this video, i get a comprehensive medical yearly and every test you got, i get, including the PSA level as this is a good check to get so it can be monitored regularly. I used to have your issue when i smoked but after quitting that 4 years ago it improved dramatically. Hope everything goes well for you.
