Your pretty spot on with your condo estimates. compared to me. My condo monthly for the last two years in JBC, 8k rent, electric 600b, i dont skimp on it, but no aircon, as i rarely use it, i use fans. With Aircon upto 1200b (when i had a Girlfriend). Water 200-250b. Condo Wi-Fi 400b for my PC, but i also have AIS 450b 10Mbps on my phone. My room is on the south side as i prefer the early sun.

With a budget of 25k your life will be very boring.

I gave this amount as minimum amount for living. Sure you need to spend more for fun. 😁👍
