90s country can't be beat, no matter what kind of music wants to challenge it from any era or decade they want, even tho I love it all but 90s country is a step above, it can't be beat

Patty was and still is so beautiful. Such an amazing voice. The 80's and early 90's were a great time for us "real" country music fans! Unfortunately today, Nashville doesn't care about real country music anymore! If no one knew who Patty Loveless was today, can you imagine her trying to get a record deal in today's world???? And the world wouldn't have a chance to hear her sing!!!!

I really do miss country like this, it was music you could connect with, feel, cry because it was so moving and could listen to hundreds of times and sound as good each time you heard it. Those days for the genre are long gone, but I'm glad I knew it when it was a respectable genre of music whose artists has talent. Nashville has ran country into the ground in the name of selling records, regardless of quality.

Very true. They dont want to show the soul anymore, they just want to make the most money they can now. Sad.

Patty Loveless has a voice that can make me smile, make me laugh and a voice that can make me cry. She’s a real hero of mine. She has one of the sweetest voices of all time. I never tire of her music. The amount of times I’ve been driving along, watching the world going by, wishing I had more; her music has been there. I’m a massive fan of country music and I really appreciate how beautiful this music is. I found this song and when that bass guitar comes in and walks it never ceases to make me happy. One of the finest artists of our time.

Yes, now it's all bro country crap. Back when we had the music videos, Cds and cassettes and music that connected with your heart. Truly diverse, unique, and classy performers. Thank God we had this era. I tuned away from country in the early 2000's when it really started shifting away from this style but I always keep these years close when we had the George Strait, Alan Jackson, Joe Diffie, Vince Gill,Patty Loveless, Kathy Mattea, KT Oslins's etc

The first concert I ever saw was a Patty Loveless concert. I feel in love with her voice that day, and that was the first of 7 times that I've saw her live. Like all of you, I miss this kind of country. Brings back so many childhood memories and all the people I've lost over the years. I'd give anything to go back to that time. Time really does fly by in a blink of an eye.

She's talking about her past brought her to him . She was treated bad but in a good way to look at it she was prepared for her forever love . They all beat her or this and that and she is so thankful for it in a real good way because she could have never been what the right man needed without all those lessons learned and to be thankful for it .
