Good job! I made hundreds of those at a Shoney's back in the 60's. The only difference was we topped with a thick slice of raw really sweet 'Bermuda" onion! I now brown my onions, just like you. We also used ground round, but remember, beef had more fat in it in those days! Important to others, don't get the onions greasy!
