RIP Paul...I recall the summer of 1981. Maiden was really taking off as fall as Metal goes and my friends and I would get together, smoke and blast Killers so loud, the windows on the house would shake! Thank you and rock on in that big place where you are.

Such sad, sad news. I met and chatted with Paul in 1992 on the Metal Education Tour for his band Killers. He was a lovely guy and the band were brilliant that night. RIP Paul Dianno. And thank you for your contribution to Iron Maiden and Heavy Metal.

Absolutely heartbroken by his passing. Paul was the first vocalist I can recall hearing age 5, phantom of the opera was the song. I was due to see him for the first time in Manchester in just two weeks and it makes me so sad that i never got to hear him perform live but I can take comfort knowing he's in a better place jamming with Clive. His music will live on forever. Rest in peace, legend ❤️🤘

I totally agree my friend growing up with the first two albums in my basement. I wore those albums out that’s what got me into heavy metal which things like that don’t like the new iron maiden. Sorry Bruce Dickinson egotistically maniac the only good album he really did was the number of the beast and they don’t even perform any of that in concert anymore how pathetic

Met Paul in the mid 90s when he came to our local rock club to open it. Had quite a long chat with him and he was telling us how he'd (ironically) not long got out of an LA Jail. Maiden fans will know. Thoroughly nice guy. Made some bad life choices but.....don't we all!!! R.I.P. you legend!!!

Very wierd. A couple days ago i gave Killers a spin after a loooong time not litsening to it. And then this just happens. Its sad. I met him once before a gig he did in Sweden. He was quite rude towards me. But everyone can have a bad day, so i do´nt judge. A legend is gone. R.I.P Paul!
