"The Gospel is that I am so sinful that Jesus had to die for me, yet so loved and valued that Jesus was glad to die for me. This leads to deep humility and deep confidence at the same time. I can't feel superior to anyone, and yet I have nothing to prove to anyone." - Tim Keller

This was very well broken down, you noting his ability to use players knocking him off balance to his advantage is communicated very well. That’s really a lot of his game. Paul George has been my fav player since his rookie year. He gets a lot of heat, some deserved and some completely not, but I’m glad we’re able to recognize his talent in this space!

So...what happened to PG against the Mavs in the playoffs? I think he's got a ton of skill. But he's lost the will to use that skill to take over games. And ever since he shattered his leg, he tends to turn is motor off. I think at his age he's got to communicate with his coaches that its better to come out the game for a couple minutes than go through the motions never getting into an athletic stance. He has one of the toughest shots to guard, but sometimes it feels like he doesn't have a plan or hasn't prepared for what the other teams defenders are going to do to him. I think he's gotten too comfortable with himself. He's still very good and when he's on, there's a lot of coachable attributes to his game. But if you want to analyze a player, you have to analyze any drop offs or things you might want to fix if you were his coach. I think a lot of young players can learn from that. I think PG's biggest knock is that when his shot isn't falling or he has a cold stretch, he doesn't change what he's doing and backs off the gas instead of going out of the game early and talking to his team mates and coaches to get constructive criticism. As you get older or if you're just going against a superior athlete (which will happen to all of us) you have to be able to turn to your coach and be like "Damn, I'm getting worked, what do I need to change?"

Now do a breakdown of all of his poor decision making: bone headed passes, turnovers and ill-advised shot selection. Dude looks great dribbling, but he's not a get to his spot, automatic bucket like Kawhi. He's more of a dribble to find a rhythm and settle for a jumper. Couldn't beat Joe Ingles on Utah, Mo Harkless/Aminu on Portland, Jerami Grant/MPJ on Denver, Mikal Bridges on Phoenix, DJJ/PJ Washington on Dallas. He's nice, but he's not THAT nice.
@kingaustin69854 ай бұрын
How about you do a breakdown of those this if this channel doesn't want to do that then they won't. Also Paul George is a hall of famer who gets to his spots easily and dribbles to get to where he wants to get to on the court so what you said is definitely false and proven to be false and wrong. Make sure you create a video exposing how big of a hater you are 😂😂
