@@ADAMnotJASON He recorded it in standard tuning, but when he played live he played it in B, or Bb to be more precise. Eddie always tuned down a half a step so it’s weird that he would record it standard, but he did it because his keyboard was a standard type keyboard, I don’t think you could adjust the pitch. If you watch the video, he’s definitely playing it in the B position.

I really think that Paul has started to show his appreciation of the song in recent years. I started really digging on it around when Vibrato came out, and seeing him live there's such a love for the song, the lyrics, the story, the whole performance. And I think Paul's singing has just got better and better the more he focuses on The Song :)

This was like watching Sheldon and Amy doing “Fun with Flags” LoL No just kidding, great video and it is nice to see how that song is played because for me I have always had a hard time distinguishing the guitar parts with the whole band playing on the recording. I love to kid, Paul is a monster player and the young lady has the chops on those keys! Great job. Have to remind yourself that Eddie focused a litlle more on keyboards on this tune. I remember when I first saw the video in the early 80's. I was about twelve & had only known Eddie as the best electric guitar player in the world. I was pleasantly surprised to see him playing the keyboards too. But he did throw in an awesome guitar solo as well🤘

Very well done! Great vocal performance on what sounded to me like a" dry" mike! I really enjoyed how the guitar note confirmed your falsetto was on the mark. Almost perfect performance on the guitar as well. The solo felt rushed but the keyboard player never looked lost and you guys stayed tight. So maybe it's just me. Nailed that solo! Great job. Very entertaining and sweet sounding to the ears.
