It's great you tell people not.to get addicted to the teaching. Turning my back on this subject for a year or two has done more for me and my spiritual happiness than the the same time I have spent in the past watching satsangs obsessively

If you must believe a story, which you probably will regardless of awakening, it's best to go for one which empowers you rather than one which sucks the life force out of you. Low self esteem for example could trigger the feeling of being unloveable or weird if someone looks at you funny or ignores you...or it could just be the way of selfing directed at oneself regardless of other people Reframe: "I admire people who ignore me as it means they're busy and disciplined and they have shit to do. It means nothing about me" "Only half of the people I meet will like or agree with me, the other half won't and that's OK" "Me and God are my number 1 fans. It means I get unlimited second chances so it's ok to make mistakes" Feed that into the software more often and the energy field will be transformed. Surrender in praise to God because the dreaming will become happier.
