In America you can go from State to State without a visa in Canada the same EU , EEA and Swiss citizens can travel to the UK for holidays or short trips without needing a visa. What is wrong with African leaders 🤔

Realize that the European, America etc etc have same cultures. Africa is not like that. People can travel as they do now BUT MANY ARE THINKING OF RELOCATIONS. ....THIS WOULD BE VERY VERY VERY SERIOUS MISTAKE ... TAXATION, UNEMPLOYMENT ETC

Not even about culture. USA conquered the Native American tribes and established their rule. We can o ly travel VISA free within the continental USA and her territories. Africa is a continent with 54 countries, not states. A big big difference. The AU lacks the mandate and capability to rule all 54 countries of Africa as one body like the EU.

All boarders should be removed without limitation or police activities. Africa needs to become one, so we as black people around the world can stop being fingers and be a fist!

We need to build infrastructure that facilitates this much talked about integration. The AU needs to work on continental rail lines connecting Africa: EAST TO WEST; NORTH TO SOUTH at the minimum. Also, air connectivity needs to improve. All these logistical features need to be put in place to engender trade and then free movement. Mr Kegame, try to push this issue at regional and sub-regional levels.

I think the first thing they should do is to halt the extraction of all mineral resources. Next unite and form one military force. Open all borders from country to country and add as they go along. It can be done off the put their country first rather than foreign attentive.

We don't have to start as a whole rather regionally by integrating countries that share common cultures, ethics, traditions and common interests. One Africa can only be achieved by accepting a single currency, same financial institutions and same African passports.

Relax my guy, u must understand the dynamics first. There are Rwandian ppl are within the borders of DRC and that's their land and DRC government doesn't recognize them. They remove them by force back to rwanda that's is where the problems begin. Demarcation problems, Eg, u cant separate ppl of SA from Botswana, Namibia, Mozambique and Zimbabwe they are somehow related. Killing ppl coz of ethnicity its totally wrong. Open border will solve many issues.

Security can be much easier to deal with if Africa can be one with one judicially system eg If we can have one database, it is simply mean that there will never be international crime where one commits crimes and runs away into another country because he can be arrested and tried there
