My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to make investments. Saving is great but investing puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now. My comment is not going to be popular here but i have to put it out anyway. As much as i admire the sharp intellect this guy has, i can't stop wondering, isn't this guy the very epitome of whatever is wrong with America? A hedge fund speculator, with ultra sharp intellect, who hates slow lab work, could make millions while still being a student but the real productive people, who actually do slow moving hard lab work resulting in real useful breakthroughs, rot in obscurity, uncertainties and penury.

When someone of his intellect speaks it automatically rubs most people of average and below average level intelligence the wrong way. You feel as if you’re being duped. Stems from your own insecurity and intimidation. This is why you struggle with your feelings towards Vivek.
