I was playing this a lot with the volume and bass way up '73, outside doing the yard etc. I just thought it sounded fantastic. I didn't give a damn it was "old ". The cool ones were listening to Crosby, Stills and Nash- which made me want to gag. I said that one day they'll all realize.

@Scavenger1994 Well said. In fact when you consider that the Beatles were only recording from the end of 1962 until January 1970 it makes their catalogue of songs almost unbelievable. They were musical giants who will ultimately rank alongside Beethoven and Bach. In some ways it is almost unfair to compare the Rolling Stones to them. A good band but, to be honest, not in the same league as the Beatles

Been to see him twice and his very presence in the building generates such an energy of love that vibrates right round the arena, it’s tangible. That’s before he even hits the stage. I’ve seen him get a ten minute long standing ovation before he’s even said a word or played a note. The atmosphere is electric and no other performer has matched that level of pure love from an audience.

Every time I look at this performance it just raises my respect for this dude and all of his bandmates. Not only the crew he had at this time but the boys and (girl)of Wings, the rest of the Fab Four-John,George and Ringo,Mighty Mike and all who had the privilege of creating sounds with this guy. Did he start off in primary school band? I would've loved to have played the Eb alto saxophone in studio or can I say, live on stage with him. He's a part of human history we can put in the positive category. As Grandma used to say, "baby it may not be too late." Stay strong everyone during this burb our world is experiencing.
